Pelagia is the broadest of BNW’s Al Marjan Island buildings in terms of layout range, running from one-bedroom apartments through to four-bedroom homes within a single tower. That spread makes it unusual on the island, where most buildings target a narrower buyer.
Two retail units sit at ground level, giving the building its own convenience frontage rather than relying entirely on the island’s wider amenity map. A rooftop infinity pool and spa anchor the shared facilities, with handover scheduled for the final quarter of 2027.
