Aqua Arc is built as a pair of G+12 towers set directly on the water, curving to follow the shoreline so that the majority of homes face the Gulf rather than each other. Across the two buildings there are 312 residences, spanning apartments, upper-floor penthouses and a small number of townhouses at podium level.
The defining feature is access: residents step from the development onto a private stretch of beach, which on Al Marjan Island is the difference between a sea view and a sea-front life. Interiors are specified around that orientation, with deep balconies on the water-facing elevations.
A luxury-focused UAE developer concentrated on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, with a growing pipeline across RAK Central.
