The Valley sits on the Dubai–Al Ain Road, far enough out to buy space and close enough in to stay connected. It is structured as a master community released in named sub-districts — Eden, Nara, Talia, Orania, Elora, Rivana and The Farm Gardens among them — each with its own architectural treatment but sharing the same central amenities.
Those shared amenities are the argument for the community: a roughly 20,000 sqm Central Sports Village and a 32,000 sqm Town Centre for retail and dining, plus trails, parks and meditation gardens threaded between the clusters. Entry pricing on townhouses starts around AED 1.1M, with larger villas in newer phases reaching considerably higher.
Dubai's largest listed developer and the name behind Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Dubai Creek Harbour.
