Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar’s long-horizon waterfront district, built along the creek facing the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary with an uninterrupted line of sight back to the Downtown skyline. Towers are released on a rolling basis, which means there is almost always new inventory and almost always a range of handover dates to choose between.
The district’s forward story is Dubai Square — a mixed-use retail and leisure component announced at a scale several times that of Downtown Dubai — alongside the long-planned Dubai Creek Tower. For buyers, the practical read is a waterfront address with a promenade, marina walk and a full amenity map still being built out around it.
