Sanctuary is the largest project Sobha has undertaken in Dubai: roughly 37.5 million sq ft and around 20,000 homes, structured around a forest theme with more than 50,000 trees planned across the masterplan. The intent is a community where landscape, rather than built form, is the dominant impression.
Supporting infrastructure is planned in from the start — a destination park, community mall, wellness centre, cricket pitch, lagoon pool and a cycling and jogging network, with a hospital and schools in the masterplan. The initial phase hands over in Q4 2026, with villa pricing from AED 3.99M.
